Mr. Fernando "Itoy" Silva – President & COO
Mr. Fernando Silva, has been in the Electronics Manufacturing Services Industry for more than 22 years. He has spent 18 years at Integrated Microelectronics, Inc. handling positions in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Business Unit for various product lines such as Printed Circuit Board Assembly, Flex Assembly, sub-assembly and full box build of Hard Disk drive (HDD) and Optical Disk drive (ODD), and various Captive Line businesses. He has also 4 years of experience in the Power Semiconductor/Modules manufacturing at PSi Technologies being the Managing Director of the PSi Laguna Facility and the Business Unit Vice President for the whole of PSi Technologies. Itoy spearheaded a lot of Project Management, Lean Manufacturing and JIT set-up supported by his various trainings in the Japanese Manufacturing discipline in Japan.
Mr. Alex B. Rodriquez - Chief Finance Officer
Alex, a Certified Public Accountant, has more than 25 years of experience with different industry from food chains, clothing lines, investment firms, mineral minings, aqua-cultures and pharmaceuticals. He worked at SGV for four years. He had an extensive experience in both external audit and computer system compliance. He also gained experience in supply chain management that includes procurement, warehousing, distribution and quality control. He also functioned as an AVP / General Manager for Cameron Corporate Services where he spearheaded the consolidation/centralization of various finance functions among the Groups subsidiaries. Prior to joining Testech he is the CFO for Specialty Beans Philippines, Inc., handling finance, purchasing, warehousing and back-end support operations.

Mr. Emmanuel T. Tanyag - Senior Operations Manager
Manny, has been in the Electronics Industry for more than 12 years. Manny is a registered mechanical engineer. Manny has handled various functions in quality assurance, engineering and manufacturing and business unit during his 12 years employment at Integrated Microelectronics, Inc. for various product lines such as ODD (Optical disk drive) Assembly, PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) for automotive / Medical / Consumer / Communications, FPCA (Flexible Printed Circuit Assembly). Aside from his native language and English, he is also fluent in Japanese having studied in Ryukyu University in Okinawa, Japan and a certified six sigma greenbelt.
Ms. Victoria Valdez – CS, Sales and Marketing Manager
Vicki, has been in the Semiconductor and Electronics Industry for more than 25 years. She worked for Texas Instruments as Frontline Equipment Engr, handled various areas in planning and subcon manufacturing activities for TI Assembly Test subcons. She has trainings in wafer fab, leadframe manufacturing and MRP systems as part of planning responsibility. Vicki also worked with Conexant to support the outsourced production in ATP. In 2003, she joined DDAP as CS, Sales / Marketing and started the Inspection /manpower capability.
Ms. Mimi Gallardo – Human Resources Manager
Mimi, has 10 years working experience in the different facets of Human Resources Division and Customer Service. Prior to joining Testech, she is the HR Director of Goodyear Philippines, Inc. She had 6-month training in Pro-Associate Environment in Ohio, USA and completed PMAP's Labor Relations a nd Compensation Management Course. She is a graduate of BS Computer Science from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Manila (PLM).
Ms. Cel V. Dorado - Quality Assurance Manager
Cel, has been in the Semiconductor and Electronics Industry for more than 32 years. She has spent 23 years at Amkor Technology Philippines, Inc. handling various positions in Manufacturing and Quality Assurance and Process Training Senior Officer for Front-of-Line to End-of-Line IC Assembly and Test. She also supported GEMBA KAIZEN programs and experienced certification process for ISO, QS and SAC. Cel joined Testech Inc. in 2002 as QA Manager; worked for the ISO certification and trained for BGA and Flip Chip Substrate manufacturing in 3M Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
Mr. Joebert Aurelio – Engineering Manager
Joebert, has 15 years exposure in Semiconductors and Electronics industry, with 3 years experienced in Front line Die attached, Die bond and wire bond processes and 12 years intensive experienced in Back-end Tape and Reel Process and Mark / De-mark processes (ink pad and laser marking) with Device Dynamics Phils. Joebert also handles off site projects for DDAP.

Mr. Tony Boudville – General Manager
Tony, has over 21 years experience in the Semiconductor Industry serving as Manufacturing Manager for Motorola Malaysia Sdn. Bhd and Freescale Semiconductor. He has also served in the Semiconductor sub con sector as Manufacturing Manager for IC Assembly at Statschippac Malaysia ,managing high volume assembly production of Semiconductors (XQFP, PQFP, PDIP, PLCC, QFN, and PQFN). Well versed in Six Sigma, Digital Six Sigma, ISO, QS9000, TS16949, TPM, SPC PPS, TQM, Ford 8D etc . Has been the General Manager for Device Dynamics Asia Malaysia for the past 5 years.
Mr. CL Tan – Sales and Marketing Manager
CL, has 30 years experience in Electronics and intensive experience in Process Engineering, Sales & Marketing, and Operations. He has worked in companies such as Siemens, Motorola and Globetronics.
Mr. Reneboy Bautista – Manufacturing Manager
Reneboy, has 16 years of technical experience in various engineering discipline (9 years in semicon industry, 4 years in synthetic diamond stone manufacturing, 2 years in paper mill and 1 year in chemical plant). He joined the semicon industry in 2002 and he personally handled for 2 years the Device Dynamics Tape and Reel line inside the post-test area of Amkor Plant 4 in the Philippines from initial setup until full production mode, and under him are Training, Equipment Maintenance, Process Engineering and QA. His rigid management and engineering experienced in Amkor Plant 4 makes him comfortable to adjust in his new assignment in newly setup Device Dynamics Malaysia site in the mid of 2005.
